I can\u2019t lead. I don\u2019t have a position of authority, this is the first thing we heard from the people who are not in leadership. The whole world is most commonly discussing about the leadership or about can everyone be a leader? In my view, Yes Everyone can be a leader in their respective fields. A leader is the one who commands the Group, Organization or Nation. Then why can\u2019t I lead a group? Why can\u2019t I lead an Organization or why should I stop my steps to be a national Leader?<\/p>\n
If everyone can be a leader, of Course I can be a leader. I can lead my friends group to go for an outing, I can lead my group to go for a Trip. I can command my group to go for a party. Yes I am the leader. And my leadership starts from here. I know I am self-aware about the situation there was, there is and that might come. I am confident that my group will follow me, my group has trust on me. Yeah, I can be a leader. I will lead my group and plan for a Group Activity.<\/p>\n
I think about the goal and advantage for me and for other groups of people. I can work on large projects with businesses and corporations, and even smaller projects with groups of people who share similar outlooks. I am looking to become involved in the field where any organisation is well managed and vision oriented. While involving, I have the ability to finalize about the right and wrong matters. I have a positive ethics, I can communicate with all peoples and I have a vision about the Organization also. Then Why I can\u2019t lead the Organization? In our group, I can manage the conflict of my friends, then why can\u2019t I manage the conflict of Group of People? I never dominate over others. I can meet and stay with the peoples from different groups, community, and culture. \u00a0I can guide the individuals under me by giving all a sense of direction to achieve organizational goals successfully. I can act responsibly. I can show Participative management. I can collaborate with other related or non-related organizations too. I am optimistic for sure. I can understand the need of the group members. I won\u2019t only lead others individually but, I can also manage the actions of the individuals. Then why can\u2019t I be a leader? I will be a leader. I will lead an organization with all these characteristics I have or I can build.<\/p>\n
I am patriotic. I love my nation. I have limited knowledge about the past, present and possible future of my nation. I can build my knowledge about my country. I have already lead a group, I have already lead an organisation. And I have leadership skills developed from my group leadership and Organizational Leadership. Can\u2019t I be a national Leader? I can Build Collaboration. I can address the problems of my nation with consistent policies and a strong stand calmly and confidently. I can understand where and how I can truly make an impact. I have the confident to takes on powerful challenges and find a way to make a significant difference in any situation. I understand the values of a single people. I won\u2019t isolate myself, but I can be available and accessible for everyone. Character is what keeps my actions and words in line with what I believe, I don\u2019t have a bad impact in my character. I can interact with people, coaching them, and helping them for better performance from them. I don\u2019t engaged in any political beliefs, then what? I can lead the nation using patriotic policy or I can choose the best ideology among the political parties, review that, make correction and implement. Or I can also research about needed ideology for my nation and lead. So I can be a national leader too. My first step for a national leader moves from here.<\/p>\n

And they are made just like anything else, through hard work. And that\u2019s the price we\u2019ll have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal.\u201d So that I am not born as a leader, No one has born as leader. Every leader are made by themselves. I can make a leader myself. You can also. I mayn\u2019t be a Top leader practically but I can build my Leadership skills in such a way which will help me to direct the top leaders.
